Changing Outgoing Server  Port to 587
  
     Apple Mail Email (OSX)
- Open Apple Mail.
 
- Select Mail Preference on the top menu bar
 
- Select Accounts Tab.
 
- Select the Email Accounts of the left hand side list.
 
- At the Account Information Tab of that Email Account, select Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) list and select Edit SMTP Server List.
 
- In the drop down window, select Advanced tab.
 
- Check the Use custom port, change the port to 587.
 
- Select OK
 
- Exit the Preference windows and save setting
 
 
 
Office Outlook Email (Win7,8)
 
Outlook Express Email (WinXP)
- Open email account property (Tools > Accounts > Select "Mail" tab > Double click the email account to edit)
 
- Select "Advanced" Tab
 
- Look for the box with the number '25' that corresponds to 'Outgoing server (SMTP)'
 
- Change 25 to 587. Click 'apply' and 'ok' to save the change.
 
- The rest of the settings should remain unchanged.
